I am a licensed massage therapist, (LMT) and a member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).
I take my profession seriously and I expect the same from others.
My mission is to use massage to help people achieve health and healing in multiple areas of their lives; mind, body, and spirit. I want to encourage people to learn that living healthy isn’t just about one aspect of health, it is a way of life, incorporating not only massage, but also nutrition, exercise, time with loved ones, and stress reduction. In addition to having my own mobile massage business, I am also currently working as a massage therapist at Lifetime Fitness in Schaumburg, IL. (847-466-2424) to make an appointment with me there. You do not need to be a club member to schedule a massage.
For my on-location massage, I offer a "customized" massage that fits with your own personal needs for that specific session. This means that you may receive a combination of several therapies in one session such as relaxation, deep tissue, and myofascial. This is a session that is designed around YOU and your needs. A commitment to meeting your muscle needs is my top priority, so you pay one price for your specialized session no matter how these methods are combined.

- Spree Signature De-Stress Massage (45 minutes)
- Spa Experience Massage Parties (call for more information)
30 and 90 minute option only availale at Lifetime Fitness. 45 or 60 minutes available for travel massage.

On-Location Massage means the therapist comes to YOU. With table and supplies in arms, you will receive professional care in your own comfortable environment. You can choose your service and then work with your therapist to schedule a date and time that fits best with your schedule. And if you'd like to add some friends and a night of relaxing to your schedule, think about hosting a Spa Experience massage party to share massage with friends and family too.
